Adding a document using the + button

Just received a document you need to share with your accountant? Simply click here and send it to BILLY:

You can upload several types of document:

  • Purchase / Expense

    • Import a purchase: invoices, receipts and supporting documents for your expenses 👉 Guide

  • Sale / Income

    • Create a quote: create your quotes and confirm them to generate your invoices.

    • Create a sale: create your sale on BILLY using our dedicated software 👉 Guide

    • Import a sale: Import a sale created in another piece of software.

  • Financial:

    • Credit card statement: if you have a company credit card, upload your expense statements here.

    • Bank statement: if your accountant asks you for account statements in PDF format.

  • Other

    • Other document: any other document not directly related to your results, such as a contract, a social secretariat statement, a grant/subsidy document, a notarial deed, a copy of your ID card, a donation certificate, childcare costs, etc.

💻 From your computer: you can select a file or drag & drop it.

📱 From your smartphone: you can select a file or take a photo (you can add multiple pages to the same document)

Something missing from the document 🕵️ ? There's a dedicated space to leave a comment for your accountant.

🚨 Documents are sent one at a time (which is still very quick). We recommend uploading your invoices as you go rather than all at once at the end of the quarter. This helps spread the workload for our team and ensures your accounts are always up to date.
