Adding a document using the + button

Have you just received a document to share with your accountant? Simply click here and send it on BILLY:

You can upload several types of documents:

  • Purchase / Expense

    • Import a purchase: invoices, receipts and supporting documents for your expenses 👉 Guide

  • Sale / Income

    • Create a quote: create your quotes and validate them to generate your invoices.

    • Create a sale: create your sale on BILLY, with our dedicated software 👉 Guide

    • Import a sale: Import a sale created from another software.

  • Financial:

    • Credit card statement: if you have a company credit card, upload your expense statements here.

    • Bank statement: if your accountant requests PDF bank statements.

  • Other

    • Other document: any other document not directly related to your results, such as a contract, a social secretariat statement, a grant/subsidy document, a notarial deed, a copy of your identity card, a donation certificate, childcare expenses,...

💻 From your computer: you can select a file or use Drag&Drop.

📱 From your smartphone: you can select a file or take a photo (you can add multiple pages to the same document)

Is some information missing from the document 🕵️ ? There is a space provided to leave a comment for your accountant.

🚨 Documents are sent one at a time (it remains very quick). We recommend sending your invoices as you go rather than all at once at the end of the quarter. This helps spread the workload for our team and ensures your accounts are always up to date.
