Upload your purchase invoices to BILLY to deduct your professional expenses. By regularly uploading your documents, your accounts will be up to date and your accountant will be able to advise you better 🤓
Add a document
From your smartphone
Select "Import an expense" then "import a file"
Then, take a photo directly from your smartphone or select a saved file.
From your computer
Select a file or use Drag & Drop to add your invoice.
Entering information
To keep your accounts up to date, fill in three fields (two if you are self-employed) to add your documents.
💡 Remember to leave us a comment if the expense is not clearly identifiable on the uploaded document
Document processing
The document is pending (case no. 1)
BILLY then displays the document(s) that have not yet been validated by your accountant. The related figures are not included in the Dashboard analyses.
The document is validated (case no. 2)
In this case, the details will appear 👇 And the figures will be added to the Dashboard.
The document is rejected (case no. 3)
A notification will inform you that your accountant has not accepted one of the documents you sent.
The reason for the rejection will then be clearly indicated.
