File your purchase invoices on BILLY to deduct your business expenses. By filing your documents regularly, your accounts will be up to date and your accountant will be able to advise you better 🤓
Add a document
From your smartphone
Choose "Import an expense" then "import a file"
Then take a photo directly from your smartphone or select a saved file.
From your computer
Select a file or Drag&Drop to add your invoice.
Encoding information
For up-to-date accounting, fill in three fields (two if you are self-employed) to add your documents.
💡 Don't forget to leave us a comment if the expense is not clearly identifiable on the document submitted
Processing the document
The document is pending (case 1)
BILLY displays the document(s) that have not yet been validated by your accountant. The related figures are not included in the Steering analyses.
The document is validated (case 2)
In this case, the details will appear 👇 And the figures will be added to the Piloting.
The document is rejected (case 3)
You will be notified that your accountant has rejected one of the documents you sent.
The reason for the rejection will be clearly indicated afterwards.
