Same behavior as for cars

Fuel ⛽ follows exactly the same deductibility rule as your car (i.e. depending on CO² and fuel type).

Please note that, in addition to limited deductibility linked to CO² and fuel type, you should not forget :

  • If you are a company: additional non-deductible amount if your company pays for the fuel. This is equivalent to 40% of thebenefit in kind for the car.

  • If you're an individual: the professional share.

Do you want to reclaim VAT ? An invoice with your VAT number is required (VAT is not recoverable on the basis of a simple ticket). We recommend that you take out a fuel card! Don't hesitate to order one from our partner HybridCard.

Do you drive electric ? Electricity used for your car follows exactly the same rules (100% deductible because you drive an electric car). If you wish to deduct the electricity used at home to recharge your car, use a flat rate based on your consumption. This can be defined on the basis of your car's mileage, the price per KWh and your average consumption in kWh/100km. More simply, you can also install a terminal that will precisely indicate consumption 😉

💡 The fuel card also means you don't have to worry about losing your receipts - you'll simply receive invoices by e-mail.
