💡 In Belgium, all invoices must contain specific information in order to be considered compliant. You'll find a complete list of these compulsory details in this article.

On BILLY, you can draw up your invoices easily and in compliance with the rules. To find the complete guide to invoice creation, click here 👈

How do I invoice a private individual on BILLY?

When you create a new invoice, you have the choice of using a customer you've already billed or creating a new customer.

To create an individual customer, i.e. a natural person not acting on behalf of a company, select"Individual" in the"New customer" window.

Enter all your customer's details and then save 💾

Once the customer has been created and the invoice finalized, your customer will be available in your customer list the next time you create an invoice.

Foreign customer

If your customer is not located in Belgium, indicate their country of residence in the "Country" box, BILLY will then offer you a choice of suitable VAT rates.
