Interesting only for companies

Health insurance complements your mutual insurance ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€โš•๏ธ. It allows you to benefit from additional health cover: hospitalization, ambulance, medication, glasses and contact lenses, psychologist, dentist, physiotherapist... The best-known companies in this field are DKV, Alan and AG Health.

Depending on your legal status, you may or may not be able to benefit from this advantage:

  • Self-employed individual: the expense is totally non-deductible. No interest ๐Ÿ˜ž

  • Company: the expense is also non-deductible. However, take out the insurance contract with your company. This way, the premium will be paid by the company and not with your net executive remuneration (heavily taxed)

๐Ÿ’ก You'll still have to pay for your health insurance with your private account. It's the same for health insurance, unless you're in a company. In that case, it's advantageous !
