Other employee remuneration costs include expenses that are not directly part of remuneration (such as gross pay, employer contributions, end-of-year bonuses, etc.) 🤝🏻.

These include insurance under the law (industrial accident), health insurance, purchases of drinks and fruit, organization of teambuilding, training, copyright, warrants and stock options (a form of bonus for employees)...

💡 Warrants are exempt from social security contributions and can be granted individually. This is a great advantage, so discuss it with your social secretariat.
