Deduct your plane ticket ✈️ for a 100% business trip (only the part that concerns you, of course). Make sure your name and price appear on the ticket.
What if I stay in a hotel too? This is deductible only on days when there is a seminar or client meeting. If you take the opportunity to spend the weekend there, a pro rata must be applied (please indicate this on the invoice). If you're going as a couple, only half will be deductible. Be sure to ask for an invoice, and a maximum amount per night is stipulated by the tax authorities depending on the country.
💡 For air travel, your ticket remains 100% deductible even if you extend your stay for a vacation.
