How to invoice an individual on BILLY?
When you create a new invoice, you have the option to use a client you have already invoiced or to create a new client.
To create an individual client, meaning a natural person not acting on behalf of a company, select "Individual" in the "New Client" window.
Enter all your client's details and then save 💾
Once the client is created and the invoice is finalized, your client will be available in your client list the next time you create an invoice.
Foreign Client
If your client is not located in Belgium, indicate their country of residence in the "Country" field, and BILLY will then offer you a choice of appropriate VAT rates.
