Sign your mandates online

To sign your mandates online, follow these steps 👇

3. To identify yourself, choose the connection via the ID card reader or itsme.

4. Select "in your own name" as your login method. Then click on "Continue".

5. Click on the "Grouped operations" tab and then on "Sign". This will allow you to sign your mandates all at once.

6. Click on "Search".

7. In the white box "Number of mandates assigned", enter the number 2. Then click on "Confirm".

8 Your personal mandates have been successfully signed!

Once you've signed your 2 personal mandates, you need to sign your VAT mandate. To do this, exit the program and your session.

9. Then restart the process by clicking again on this link https://www.csam.be/fr/gestion-mandats.html

Click on "Manage my tax mandates".

10. To identify yourself, choose the connection via the ID card reader or itsme.

11. Select your identification mode "On behalf of a company". Then click on "Continue".

12. Click on the "Grouped operations" tab and then on "Sign". This will allow you to sign your mandates all at once.

13. Click on "Search".
​

14. In the white box "Number of mandates assigned", enter the number 1. Then click on "Confirm".

15. Your mandate has been successfully signed!
