Documents supporting all accounting entries must be kept for a period of 7 years.

As an ITAA-certified chartered accountant, we are bound by professional secrecy and discretion. All written or oral confidences, telephone conversations, e-mails, notes exchanged and correspondence sent to third parties within the scope of our mandate are subject to these rules.
Professional secrecy is clearly specified in our mission statement, which states that “The professional, his agents or employees undertake, within the framework of the missions entrusted to them, to respect professional secrecy”.

On the other hand, information of a public nature, such as annual accounts or published deeds, is not subject to these measures.
