Once your lease has been generated and signed, you still need to register it with the FPS Finance.

For a written lease covering a professional space, registration is mandatory and must be completed within 4 months of signing.

The process can be done easily online via MyRent:

How much does registration cost?

Registration duties amount to 0.2% of the total taxable rent and charges, with a minimum of €50.
​

For an open-ended lease, the calculation is based on 10 years of rent.
​

👉 Example: your company pays you a rent of €250 per month, i.e. €3,000 per year.
​

€3,000 × 10 years × 0.2% = €60 in registration duties.
​

Once the lease is signed and registered, keep a copy along with the proof of registration in your documents.
