In the BILLY Expert service, your accountant takes care of filing your tax returns on your behalf. That's why you need to grant us access to your tax data. This is done through mandates 😇

There are two types of mandate to distinguish:

Here's an overview of the different mandates requested by BILLY:

Signing your mandates only takes a few minutes. Just follow the steps below 👇🏻

1️⃣ Click on the "Group operations" tab and then "Sign". This lets you sign all your mandates at once.

2️⃣ Click on "Search"

3️⃣ In the white box "Number of affected mandates", enter the number of mandates. Then click "Confirm".

🎉 Congratulations, your personal mandates have been signed successfully! Now on to the business mandates.

In the authentication step (see above), log in with your professional profile (not your personal one). This is either your self-employed sole proprietorship or your company. You can also use the "Switch profile" option.

Then, follow exactly the same steps as for signing the personal mandates:

1️⃣ Click on the "Group operations" tab and then "Sign"
​2️⃣ Click on "Search"

3️⃣ In the white box "Number of affected mandates", enter the number of mandates shown in the list, then click "Confirm"
