In the BILLY Expert service, your accountant takes care of filing your tax returns on your behalf. That is why you need to grant us authorisation to access your tax data. This is done through mandates 😇
Personal or activity mandates
Two types of mandate need to be distinguished:
Personal mandate 🙋🏻
Activity mandate (self-employed or company) 🏪
Below are the different mandates requested by BILLY:

Signing your mandates only takes a few minutes. Simply follow the steps below 👇🏻
Authentication (common step)
Go to the CSAM mandate management website
Click on "Manage my tax mandates"
Choose to log in via ID card or itsme
Select your personal profile or your activity
💡 Once your personal mandates are signed, you need to return to the authentication step. This allows you to switch environments and access the activity mandates (or vice versa).
🙋🏻 Signing with the personal profile (1/2)
1️⃣ Click on the "Bulk operations" tab and then "Sign". This will allow you to sign all your mandates at once.
2️⃣ Click on "Search"
3️⃣ In the white field "Number of affected mandates", enter the number 2. Then click "Confirm".
🎉 Congratulations, your personal mandates have been signed successfully! Now on to the activity mandates.
🏪 Signing with the activity profile (2/2)
In the authentication step (see above), log in with your professional profile (not your personal one). This is either your self-employed sole proprietorship activity or your company activity. You can also use the "Switch profile" option.
Then, you need to follow exactly the same steps as for signing the personal mandates:
1️⃣ Click on the "Bulk operations" tab and then "Sign"
2️⃣ Click on "Search"
3️⃣ In the white field "Number of affected mandates", enter the number of mandates appearing in the list, then click "Confirm"
