The Belgian administration has set up the website My vehicle, my plate:
Click on the link above
Select "Your vehicle"
Enter your chassis number
WLTP rate or NEDC rate
Use the WLTP rate if it is available. It is the most recent and most representative official standard for real-world usage.
If only the NEDC rate is available, use that one instead.
