How do I sync my professional bank account?

This article explains how to add a professional bank account to BILLY. For self-employed individuals only.

Add a bank account

It's simple:

  1. Go to the bank tab in the BILLY app and select "Add a bank"

  2. Select your bank from the available options

  3. Follow the link that redirects you to your banking environment

  4. Authorise access via your banking app

  5. You will be automatically redirected to BILLY

From that point on, your banking data will be automatically synchronised every night.


Recommendations

We recommend having only your professional current account synced: this is the account where your professional income and expenses are recorded.

We strongly advise against syncing:

  • your personal bank account

  • your savings account

  • multiple accounts

Keeping your accounts is much simpler with just 1 professional current account: fewer risks of errors in transactions, clearer bookkeeping, and less risk of mixing personal and professional finances.

⛔ It is not possible to sync credit cards.
