How to Synchronize My Business Account?

This article details adding a business bank account on BILLY, only for sole proprietors.

Add a Bank Account

It's very simple:

  1. Go to the bank tab in the BILLY app and select "Add a bank"

  2. Select your bank from the list provided

  3. Follow the link that redirects you to your banking environment

  4. Authorize access via your banking app

  5. You will be automatically redirected to BILLY

From this point, banking data will be automatically synchronized every night.


Recommendations

We recommend having only your professional current account synchronized: this is the account where your business income and expenses are recorded.

We strongly advise against synchronizing:

  • your personal bank account

  • your savings account

  • multiple accounts

Keeping your accounting simple with just one professional current account reduces the risk of errors in transactions, makes your accounting clearer, and minimizes the risk of mixing personal and professional finances.

⛔ It is not possible to synchronize credit cards.
