BILLY does not have a phone number. This means you will not find a number online or on our website. We therefore do not offer a hotline or telephone support.
👉 Support is available exclusively in writing, via your accountant's email address or the live chat within the application. Our teams do not provide any phone number.
Why in writing?
By using written communication exclusively to receive your questions, information is never lost. Everything is tracked and we have a complete history.
Furthermore, handling is more accurate — we have the time to analyse your question by looking at the full context of your situation.
Finally, we are able to direct you more effectively: your request is handled either by the customer service team or by your dedicated accountant.
The cherry on top: we often manage to reply within minutes via the live chat.
Opening hours and response times
Our team is available:
Monday to Thursday: 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4pm
Maximum response times vary depending on the channel used:

Would you like to schedule an appointment?
Your dedicated accountant organises remote review and advisory meetings. They will suggest times by sending you a booking link directly from their calendar. These meetings take place by phone or video conference.
On your end, if you need an appointment, you can simply make the request via live chat or by email, explaining the topic to be discussed. Your accountant will then be able to allocate the necessary time for the meeting and prepare the relevant information.
