The transfer of an electronic invoice goes from a sending access point (supplier) to a receiving access point (client), as explained in our article on how Peppol works. Find out below how to register for sending or receiving.
Peppol receiving access point ⬇️
Peppol works like a mailbox. You therefore need to choose a single provider capable of receiving your "mail" in that mailbox.
⚠️ You can only register with one "receiving" access point. We recommend using BILLY to centralise the collection of your invoices coming through Peppol.
On BILLY, it's very simple — you are automatically registered when you sign up. Go to Settings > Peppol:
I am already registered with an access point?
In that case, BILLY cannot register you and you will receive an alert. You must first unregister from your current access point before registering with BILLY. A Peppol registration button can be found in the settings.
Is there an additional cost?
No, Peppol registration is included in your subscription.
Peppol sending access point ⬆️
You can use multiple access points to send your electronic invoices. However, we recommend centralising everything on BILLY, regardless of how you create your invoices:
Invoice via BILLY: with one click, you activate the sending option via Peppol when creating your invoice.
Invoice via Excel, Word or another software: you need to import your PDF invoice into BILLY. It is then automatically converted into the correct UBL format. You can then send it with one click on the Peppol network.
